American Eagle — Rebuilding a retail giant's sign-in system into a frictionless, secure experience
A fragmented, high-risk sign-in experience was creating friction for customers across web and app. As a player-coach, I co-led the migration to one modern platform, partnering closely with product, engineering, security, and legal teams to rebuild the full authentication surface (login, account creation, re-auth, MFA) and improve upon it.

Tightknit — Helping an early-stage startup scale its product story
As Tightknit grew from a promising Slack community platform into a robust ecosystem of engagement, analytics, events, AI, and integration tools, its customer experience struggled to keep pace.
Working directly with the founder, I led efforts across product positioning, information architecture, brand expression, and website design to transform a complex B2B product into a cohesive Framer site that community managers could quickly understand and trust.
